Explain The Following Terms And Give An Example For Each One:
Metagaming is mixing IC and OOC information.
First, what is IC and OOC.
IC stands for In Character. So thats the drug dealer we were talking about earlier.
OOC stands for Out Of Character. Thats you, the man behind the computer basically.
So mixing IC and OOC info is called metagaming. An example:
You see a guy, with some text above his head (Cesar Ruiz )1)
So, now you know you see a guy called Jason, and he has ID 1. This info is OOC, since people dont
have their names above their head in real life.So if you talk to the man, you will say:Hey man, whats your name?
Saying stuff like: Hey Jason is metagaming. You dont know his name. (Suggesting you never met
him before).
PG-Powergaming is doing unrealistic actions. Like: /me takes his superman suit and flies to the moon.
This is not realistic, and considered as powergaming. Powergaming is NOT allowed.
Powergaming is also forcing somebody to do something. Its hard to explain, but some examples will do.
Imagine, you are arguing with somebody. Then you decide that you are going to use a /me command.
Example: /me takes a plastic bag, pulls it over Who_Evers head and kills him.
This is powergaming. You are forcing the player to kill himself. If the player doesn't want to kill himself, then he will not die. (He won't die by that anyways)
GTA-Grand theft auto, when you steal vehicle from someone without RP it.
CK-Character Kill
PK-Player Kill
RK-During the time playing on our server, you might get killed by a guy. There are a few rules around
dying in-game. First of all, you dont die. You get critically injured, and you will be transported to
hospital. Second, you lose all your memories.
So, back to Revenge Killing. Revenge Killing is not allowed on our server. If you get killed (Critically
injured) by some guy, you lose your memory. When you wake up in the hospital, you dont
remember how you died, or who killed you. So you cant run back to where you got killed, and kill the
man. Thats Revenge Killing.

Why do you want to be in this faction?:I want to join the FBI because I really love this RP and my RP skills are really good, and I have pretty nice english and I think that I will be good to this faction and I know almost all the RP and I know how to report about pursuit and things.

Why do you want to work in this job?:I want to work in the FBI because I worked in the LSPD for 12 years and I want to get better and more action job and I think that I have the require skills and abilitis for this job, If I was 12 years in the LSPD so I think that I will be able to help the FBI and to the job on the best side.
Life Story- (At Least 200 Words):
Chatper 1, New life:
Cesar Born in mexico city at 30/3/1979,Cesar was born to poor family with big problems, my father messed up with local gang when he loan money from them for me but he couldnt pay back,when i reached to the age of 6 they killed my father because he could'nt pay the money and they wanted to kill me and my mother so she decided to move to the USA so we will start new life without problems.
Chapter 2, San Fierro:
After my mother decided to move to the USA her friends advised her to go to San Fierro, my mother listen her and we moved to San Fierro, in San Fierro we lived in small house me and my mother and the country helped us with the money, all my life i lived in San Fierro i grow here and got my education here all thanks to my mother friend advise,and finally i could go in the streets without fear and do what ever i want.
Chapter 3,starting new job:
At the age of 20 after i done with school, after i grow up and became an adult and started to rule my own life i decided to find job, i wanted job with action that i will love, i could work in resturant or pizza delivery but i choose the SFPD i sent application and i passed all the stages and got hired to the SFPD its was amazing i was so happy when i got hired, i was ready to learn and to prove myself, i still remember the first academy its was the first time i hold gun.. in the SFPD its was my best time of my life.
Chapter 4, SFPD commander:
After i got hired and did the academy and prove myself to the high command i got the rank of Police officer i was so happy and i started to work harder, after half month i got the corporal rank.. and then 1 year after i was the SFPD staff Sargent.. only after 3 years in the SFPD and already Staff Sargent i was so happy and my mom was so proud when i was 25 years old my mother died i was so sad but it could'nt stop my life at the same say i got the SFPD commander rank, its was the best and worst day of my life.. at the age 25 after 5 years in the SFPD i got the commander rank its really hard to do it but on the other hand my mother died, after 1 month i continue my life and i got over it..
Chapter 5, the last day in San Fierro:
After 32 years in San Fierro after i was 12 years in the SFPD i got stranger phone call, in this called some one said that my chief and me going to die in the next week, i tried to find the caller but never did, 2 days after it my chief died.. i couldnt believe it really happend all the SFPD tried to find the murderer but with no succses at this day i decided to quit the PD and move from San Fierro its was really sad day but my life was important.. i decided to move to Los Santos big city near San Fierro i thought that maybe there my life will be better, 3 days after my chief died i I packed my bags and drove to Los Santos.
Chapter 6, new life in Los Santos:
Today i'm 32 years old, living in small house in Los Santos and looking for job, this city is really nice and i hope that i will stay and will be happy here.. i couldnt leave my officer carier so i decided to apply to the FBI and i hope that i will pass and i will stay in Los Santos and help this city, and maybe i will find here nice girl marry with her and make up a nice family here.
