PART Twoבמקסיקו סיטי הרחוקה , מי ששלטו ברחוב היו הגאנגים והפושעים , הכל היה רע .... כולם היו עניים .
האמת שאני לא הייתי רע , אבל אהבתי להציק לאנשים , בעיקר לבנות , למרות שתמיד היו כמה שחיפשו אותי בשביל לנסות להרוג אותי .
בדיוק בחור ישראלי בשם רון הגיע למקסיקו סיטי , האמת שבמקרה נפגשנו , נתקענו אחד על השני והאמת שצרחנו אחד על השני כמו משוגעים .
נפגשנו שוב בבית קפה קטן , דיברנו והכל .
הוא גם אהב להשתשע , והגענו למסקנה שאנחנו דומים מאוד .
יום אחד ראינו גאנג מסתובב , עוד לא ראינו רק שמענו , וכנראה שהם אפילו ידעו עלינו .
"אם אתה רוצה להיות הכי טוב - צריך לחסל את ההכי טוב" , משפט המחץ , זה מה שהם אמרו לנו . והמשפט הזה נחרט בזכרון שלי .
אני ורון החלטנו לטוס ללוס סנטוס , לא רחוק , וגם שם היו לא מעט גאנגים וכנופיות , והחלטנו שאסור להשאר חשופים וצריך ... צריך קצת להפחיד אותם .
עוד מטוס נחת אחרינו ופגשנו את חברנו ג'ון סמית' , הוא סוג של חובבן אך הוא התפתח והפך להיות מצויין , מציק לבנות .
הגענו למסקנה שאסור להשאר חשופים , הרי מחפשים כל אחד פה , צריך להקים משהו ... צריך להקים גם גאנג , את הכבוד לא היה פשוט להשיג .
בואו נגיד שפה זה יותר קשה להשיג כבוד מאשר אי שם במקסיקו , והחלטנו לקרוא לגאנג שלנו Vagos , על שם הגאנג שאמר לנו את המשפט .

Info
Los Santos Vagos are a Mexican street gang
based in Los Santos. They are predominant in the east side of the city, in with
territory in East Los Santos, Los Flores, Las Colinas and East Beach. It is
unknown on what gang they are exactly based on. Some say they are based on
either Vatos Locos, MS-13 or 18th St. Others say they are based on Nuestra
Familia XIV Norteno gang that were around in Los Angeles in the Early 90's. The
latter is possible yet unlikely becuse there's a Norteno based gang in San
Fierro. They are fierce rivals of the other Mexican gang, the Varrios Los
Aztecas, and rivals of the Grove Street Families. They're affiliated with the
San Fierro Rifa, who are former enemies, and the Ballas. LSV members include
drug-dealer Big Poppa and homosexual Freddy.
There are three different
members that walk and drive around their territories. The first member is
shirtless, wears a yellow bandana, black pants, gray shoes and has tattoos. The
second member wears a white beater, yellow bandana, beige khaki pants and white
and black sneakers. The last member wears a white beater, yellow bandana, navy
shorts, knee high white socks and black huaraches (sandals).

Rules
1. Always listen to your
superiors.
2. Foot soldiers and other lower ranks earn money for the
gang.
3. Don't do anything without permission of a Capitan or higher - If you
do, you'll be punished.
4. Do not create issues with other gangs nor enter
their turf with the intent to cause problems.
5. Ever hide that you're from
the gang ( exception; police ) , tell other people that the gang is bad, and
cutting ties with the gang, is unacceptable, you'll become a target. It's all or
nothing. Blood in; In order to enter the gang a murder is required. Blood out;
only in death can one leave the gang.
6. Don't comply or work with the
authorities in anyway.
7. NEVER snitch on your brothers, sisters or our
codes.
8. Avoid at all costs beefing with fellow Norteno's, if a feud arises
consult a higher rank who will come to a middle ground.
9. Never put drugs,
money or pussy before your brothers, sisters and principles.
