1. כנסו לאתר http://www.mapleglobal.com/ ותתחברו למשתמש שלכם.
2. תלחצו על SUPPORT למעלה בצד ימין .
3. תלחצו על E-Mail of Inquiry באמצע שם..
4. איפה שרשום Category תבחרו Account-Related ותרשמו "PIN Code"
5. תכתבו את האימל ככה:

This is (השם משתמש שלכם) and I have to retrieve my PIN.
This is because someone changed my PIN before me.
I have no idea who did it. No-one else knows my
password. I am sending you my personal information that I used to register,
hoping that you will retrieve my PIN for me.
Last name: (פה תרשמו את השם משפחה שנירשמתם איתו)
Birthday: (פה תרשמו את התאריך לידה שלכם)
Secret Question 2: (פה תכתבו את השאלה שבחרתם בהרשמה)
Answer: (פה תרשמו את התשובה)
