אשכול: Problem with Internet shity Explorer

I can't write in Hebrew because when I try to write in Hebrew it seems like that "׳יי׳י׳י׳י"

I can see Hebrew, but I can't write with it.

It only happens when I'm in Internet Explorer and in FireFox the Hebrew works without any problem. But the bad thing with FireFox on my pc is that it works just if I install it and it is the first time after the installation, after that it says that I have to reinstall FireFox again and again...

I can't write in Hebrew just in Internet Explorer, all the other staff works fine with Hebrew.

What should I do to fix the problem?

ואולי תשחק עם הקידוד(באנגלית: Encoding), שים את זה או על 'ברירת מחדל' או על 'עברית'

נסה להתקין IE 7 מחדש. ז"א תוריד את ההתקנה של הIE7 ותתקין כי אולי חסרים לך קבצים, אנערף(ואני יודע שIE7 בא עם ויסטה).

The problem isn't in the Encoding because it is on Hebrew(Windows)

The problem isn't in Vista. The problem with FireFox is that it has 32bit edition and I need 64bit edition that it is in development :\.
And the problem with IE7 is not just in vista, it makes the same problem on XP sometimes
