Why i want to be the chief:
I can manage this job as the Chief of police, I'm a San Andreas citizen for long time, I wen't here at age 3.
I will make the Los Santos Police Department better, the Cops will do their job better than ever, the rules will be explained and will be Re-determined by me.
It will be better, Los Santos will be a better place, workers will have to work hard, keep the Area safe.
I think I can manage it because my dad was a Captain at Las Venturas police department, I learnt many things from his work, he took me sometime's to patrol with him, we had a good time together, he had a partner, named John, John used the megaphone to pull over other drivers, most of them stopped, reason of reckless driving.
Rule that I want to assign, is the patrolling area's, every worker in our department will be assigned to a specific area, he will patrol there only, if he will be founded patrolling in a forbidden area, he will punished, of course that workers will make problems, will be fired, and will don't have any chance to come back to our Department.
Another rule is about the cruisers, you must get a permission from me of course, while patrolling you must be minimum 2 workers, not alone, San Andreas is big and dangerous, Once, my dad's car was shot by some passengers that was angry because they was pulled over, they was drunk and weird.
My dad, Nico Sullivan, got a promotion, when I sixteen, and there was a party at our house at Las Venturas, I helped to host the party, many workers from the department has went the party and told me about the work, how is it, and I learnt.

Example:
A guy is making himself ill, he PG's the illness to avoid the arrest.
Example 2:
Someone took out a AK47 from his belt, but how can a AK47 come out of belt? it's too big for that.
Example 3:
If you jump out of your car in middle of fast driving, and doesn't crack thats PG, or you jump from roof and keep going like nothing happens its PG too.

Killing a guy who killed you before / Going back to place youve been killed.
Example:
Rafael got shot by a gang, he dies, and went to the killers home, and tries to kill them as revenge.
Example 2:
A guy died in his hood, then he got back there and tries to kill in revenge.

Bunnyhop is jumping with the key 'SHIFT' to get places faster. Will result as Admin Jail.
Example :
John is bunnyhopping with SHIFT, Jack reported him using /report and the Admin has A-Jailed him.

Bug Abuse - Abusing a bug to get money or another good things, will result as a long jail or ban / account erasing.
PK -
Playerkill is killing someone with an Admin permission, when you kill the victim, he gets a 1 minute jail, and he loses his Faction, Memories, and Job.
CK -
Character kill is like Playerkill, but another kind, you must get an Admin permission like in PK, but the victim gets his account perma-deleted and he can return with another user.
DM -
Killing a player without any RP reason.
Example:
You just walk and got punched by a group.. >DM<.
Example 2 :
You are driving your car and get rammed non-stop, without the other player has a reason to do that.
