אשכול: no hebrew

i format my computer
but i dont have hebrew
gam lo bcontrol panel
en ivrit bshom makom
so how i fix it?

you just cant write in hebrew or you cant read also?

next to the Customize...

i can read
but i cant write.....

go to languages and do V in the first option
after that go to regional settings and choose hebrew

ok i chose hebrew
now i need to do reset

חחח איזה סטלנים אתם תאמינו לי......
אתם לא רואים הוא רשם שהוא יכול לראות אבל לא לכתוב בעברית
חחח....
אחי תכתוב פה איך המדריך אם זה עזר והכול ומה ריך לשפר בו....

אני ראיתי שהוא רשם שהוא יכול לקרוא בעברית..
זה אומר שאסור לי לרשום באנגלית?
